Frequently asked questions about plans
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Basic plan trial lasts 2 days and requires no card. After that, your account automatically returns to the Free plan.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is one chat session between a visitor and your assistant, with as many messages as needed. The counter resets every month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and the new limits apply immediately.
What happens if I hit my plan's limit?
Your dashboard warns you as usage approaches the limit. Once reached, the assistant pauses new conversations until the next cycle or until you switch plans — nothing is charged without you asking for it. Add-on conversation packs (coming soon) will cost about $10 per extra 1,000 conversations.
Are my documents kept private?
Yes. Each business's material is isolated to its own workspace and used only to answer its own customers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
