Terms of Use
Last updated: July 20, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms govern access to and use of Atendoa, an AI customer service platform for businesses. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept them on its behalf.
2. The service
Atendoa lets businesses build an assistant from documents, text, and website pages and publish it through a website chat or public link. Features may include conversation review, team management, human handoff, and lead capture. The service evolves over time; we will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practical.
3. Accounts and customer content
You are responsible for your credentials, account activity, and accurate registration information. Content you submit remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process it only to provide the service, including generating answers for your visitors. You must have the rights needed to submit that content.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Atendoa to:
- conduct illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity;
- infringe third-party rights or distribute unlawful content;
- access another organization's data or defeat service limits;
- compromise security or resell the service without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Plans, payments, and limits
Atendoa may offer evaluation and paid plans with usage limits. The current features, limits, currency, taxes, billing period, and cancellation conditions presented at checkout apply to a purchase. A paid cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid cycle unless applicable law requires otherwise. Material price changes will be communicated in advance.
6. AI-generated answers
Answers are generated automatically from material supplied by the customer. AI systems can produce incomplete or inaccurate output. The subscribing business is responsible for reviewing its published knowledge and for notices, supervision, or professional review required in its industry.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atendoa is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Privacy, termination, and governing law
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You may close your account, and we may close accounts that violate these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to you. Questions can be sent to contato@atendoa.com.
